From the moment we walked into a Garman Home we knew we had found our builder. Their homes have character, personality and style; not just another cookie cutter house in a clear cut neighborhood. Tupelo Junction is a perfect location for us! Easy commute to work, walking distance to downtown Mebane and right across the street from a lake with walking trails.Add in the fact we will have our own neighborhood trails to walk our dogs! We are beyond excited! Chris and Brant are great with keeping us in the loop and are very helpful. Really takes the stress out! We cannot wait to move into ourforever home!

Karla and the entire Garman team have been amazing from day one! As first time homebuyers we always feel like we have all the information necessary to make the best decision for us. Kendal and I had been on the market for a house for a few years, but we were discouraged by the lackof customization offered by builders in the area. That is until we came to Garman Homes. My wife and I were impressed by the selections offered to customize the homes as well as the floor plans in Holding Village. Karla and Brittain were incredibly helpful and friendly, answering every question we had and giving us time to explore the model homes. Garman Homes has been AMAZING to work with. It made the planning and purchasing process so easy! Danica and Beth are amazing to work with! While there may not be any cows grazing the land anymore, there will be a red barn for all to gather, a working windmill and an opportunity for people to have a serene life in their new home and community. Everything has been great, from the purchase of my home, the quality construction, and now I have moved in to my forever home. Buying with Garman and their team was a breeze! To start, the sales associate, Diane, was great to work with and very responsive to our many questions as this was our first new home. We are very familiar with the builders in the great community of Wendell Falls, and chose Garman due to their quality and value. During our owner orientation Claire, the construction manager, was patient and thoroughly explained what to expect in our new home. As we pointed out items that may need attention prior to move-in, she got with her team and ensured all the items were taken care of for a smooth move-in.

It's only been a few weeks since our purchase and we love working with Garman Homes. Every week we get an update on construction progress, which is fantastic (no wondering what’s going on!) The construction manager overseeing the building of our home, Brant, has already met with us and took us on a detailed tour of our new home. If I have a question, I can email Chris and he answers quickly. We feel like we are true members of the Garman team. We are incredibly thankful that we have found our perfect home and grateful to be on this journey with Garman homes, Chris, Brant, and Samantha.

We could not have asked for a more incredible place to call home! We are so excited to be part of such an awesome community and have had such a great experience building our first home with the Garman team!
