Product Manager- Triad

Who are we? We are Garman Homes. We build houses with meaning and purpose for residents of the Triangle and Triad. We aren’t your typical homebuilder and we pride ourselves on that. We live by our four Garman Differences and demonstrate them in every interaction that we have. They aren’t taglines - they are who we are and why we’re here.
What is the Product Manager? Similar to an undercover agent, as a Product Manager you will be required to do a lot of stuff behind the scenes. Organization and time management are imperative to everyday success when navigating all of the ins and outs of this role. A general level of comfort when it comes to numbers as bidding, pricing out options, and budgets are just a few of the day-to-day tasks that you may be asked to do. This person will be expected to work cohesively with the team. From trade partners and vendors to Sales to Construction - this person will be like the backbone to our success - the Champion. Homes do not start without Purchase Orders going out, Model Homes do not get built and or priced without this individual. We work as hard as we play, so come ready to knock it out of the park and have fun doing it!

Job Responsibilities

  • -Relationships Matter: Maintain good working relationships with Extended Team including Vendors and Trades
  • -Analysis: Be comfortable analyzing bids and contracts
  • -Details Matter: Organization is key in every day success and attention to detail is a must
  • -Estimating: Money matters, so does being accurate

Marketing Ambassador
