It's just a hat. Or is it something more? Kevin Kube Celebrates the Season

This is Kevin Kube - Builder extraordinaire at Briar Chapel and long time Garman Homes Rock Star. He's also the current record holder for most homes built in a single year and fastest witnessed movement and installation of an electrical outlet  maybe ever.  

Here he is in full #CelebratetheSeason mode! I know, it’s A LOT to take in! I’ll give you a second to adjust. 

What Kevin lacks in over the top or loud and obvious celebratory moves, he more than makes up for by mastering a subtle but consistent art of doing one thing and doing it well. He dons this same hat the same time every year and wears it right through the holiday without fail. And every year, it makes me smile even more.  I can count on it like bad weather and backordered tile.  

Last week we went to lunch and he wore his hat without an ounce of irony but with the pride of acknowledging a very special time of year.  A time of year where you never take yourself too seriously or miss a chance to salute and reflect the spirit of the season.
