Garman Homes revs statewide growth, hires three key leadership positions

Garman Homes, a Cary-based homebuilder known for curating the joyfully attainable, customizable Fresh Paint and Nonfiction home collections, recently appointed Stacy Brown as the Raleigh division president, Brian Walker as the vice president of sales and marketing and Anna Wilson as the director of marketing. All three hires bring decades of experience to their new positions and will play an instrumental role in driving the Builder 200 company forward into its next phase of growth across the Triangle and beyond.

“We are so pleased to welcome Stacy Brown, Brian Walker and Anna Wilson to the company leadership team,” said Garman Homes’ Regional President Rebecca McAdoo. “These three individuals embody the true Garman Homes mission to employ rockstar-minded professionals that desire to connect with buyers in a way that elevates the homebuilding experience. I am eager to see the contributions they will make towards the Triangle homebuilding industry and our company’s success.”

Brown has years of experience working in homebuilding operations and finance in the Triangle. Before joining the Garman Homes team, she previously served as the vice president of finance for Meritage Homes. Walker’s extensive experience includes leading the sales and marketing initiatives for McKee Homes, LLC and Meritage Homes as vice president of the sales and marketing departments. Wilson enters her new role with a similar background working for several Triangle-area real estate and homebuilding companies, including her most recent roles as the marketing manager for Tri Pointe Homes’ Raleigh and Charlotte divisions and before that, Ashton Woods.

Together, the three new hires will work to translate Garman Homes’ quest of joyfully built, meaningfully different homes into effective business objectives by elevating the homebuilder’s sales and marketing division and expanding its presence across the Triangle and beyond. Brown will be responsible for growing the Raleigh division’s unique brand and land pipeline, elevating its product design and streamlining the recruitment of top talent. Walker will oversee the sales teams across all Triangle-area communities to meet sales objectives and provide training opportunities. In addition to managing the brand’s marketing strategy and driving sales across the state, Wilson will oversee the redesign of Garman Homes’ website to create an increasingly user-friendly, interactive experience.

As the Triangle area remains one of nation’s top relocation spots, Garman Homes keeps customers’ wants and needs top of mind. The homebuilder has developed numerous communities in the Triangle and its surrounding areas, including Holding Village and Live Oaks in Wake Forest, Chatham Park in Pittsboro and Wendell Falls in Wendell, and is gearing up to unveil its newest Fuquay-Varina community, Serenity, this October. This news comes at the heels of the summer 2022 grand opening of Garman Homes’ first Triad community, Montrose Village at Grandover Resort, in Greensboro.

“Garman Homes is a very transparent company,” said Stacy Brown. “We do what we say we're going to do and guide our customers along every step of the way. We consider our customers as a part of our family—we want to see each member thrive.”
